  • In 1953, born in Fukuoka, Japan. Graduates from the Department of Violin at Musashino Academia Musicae. Influenced by noted painter Hanjiro Sakamoto (1882-1969), a relative on his mother's side, begins to paint pictures studying under Meizan Yukutake, Tadashi Hamada, and Yoshio Aoyama. Awarded at a number of exhibitions, including “ART BOX Grand Prize Exhibition" and “Prova Grand Prize Exhibition," and nominated for a prize at “Ueno Royal Museum Grand Prize Exhibition." Participates in a number of domestic and foreign exhibitions, including “Art Strasbourg Exhibition." Holds a number of solo shows: Ono Gallery (Ginza, Tokyo), Art Gallery Ajyu (Kyobashi, Tokyo), and others. A number of private and public collections include Ms. Catherine Trautmann, Minister of France for Culture and Communication. Currently, makes paintings categorized as medical (medicine) art for healing that keeps happy feelings, on which dances of color and flows of form have a direct effect through viewers' brain via their eyes. Also, incorporating QR Cord and Data Matrix into his paintings and fusing digital and analog (called “Logo Q"), active as a leading artist of multi-information painting of the day.
    Lives and works in Nerima-ku, Tokyo, as a painter, violinist, violin maker, cook, and photographer. Former permanent director at Asian Art Friendship Exchange Association, and now independent artist.
